Organisations need to understand IT
Governance and
the Central UK Chapter is pleased to announce that it is once again
offering the official ISACA COBIT course designed specifically to guide
organisations through the implementation roadmap.
This two-day workshop will concentrate on the much neglected
implementation aspects of IT Governance and focus on the use of COBIT
to achieve this.
The course objectives will enable delegates to:
- Understand the principles and objectives
of COBIT and the COBIT framework.
- Identify and know when to use the various
components of COBIT.
- Understand the ITGI’s approach
to IT Governance and how COBIT supports this.
- Scope and plan IT Management/Governance
initiatives based on COBIT.
- Assess IT Management Capability using the
COBIT Maturity Models and Control Objectives.
- Plan control improvements using Control
Objectives and Control Practices.
- Create a Performance Measurement
framework using COBIT’s Metrics and Scorecards.
