Central UK Chapter meeting
"Flummoxed By Frameworks?"

Topic: Are you:
- flummoxed by frameworks?
- confused about COBIT?
- stumped by standards?

The plethora of different governance frameworks and control methodologies in the IT world these days can seem confusing at best.

This session will cover the basics of several of the commonly used frameworks, including ITIL and COBIT, and will also take a look at the overlaps and gaps between them. We will also take a look at the British and international standards that relate to these frameworks such as ISO20000, and how the practical auditor can use these good practice benchmarks in providing assurance.
